With our clock system, the Rex-O-Matic NOA, employees clock in and out easily. By scanning a personal card or a Dyflexis badge, working hours are automatically registered in Dyflexis. Personal, not privacy-sensitive. In just one glance you can see the difference between planned and worked hours. Hours worked are registered directly from the clock system, making it very easy to pay for these hours.
Clocking by cost allocations
With the Rex-O-Matic, an employee can not only clock by day, but also switch between cost allocations, departments, functions and activities. This provides detailed insight into hours and personnel costs per cost allocation. Registered hours go to the correct manager, ensuring clear time accounting. Thanks to the overview of deployment and replenishment, you can see exactly which departments are structurally under- or overstaffed. This makes producing productivity reports simple, fast and efficient.
App registration
Employees can also clock in and out via the app. This is a feature that can be switched on. Geofancing allows employees to clock in only as soon as they are near their workplace.

Know who is in the building
The clock system can also be used for attendance registration. This is because the start and end times are displayed directly in Dyflexis. This allows administrators to always see which employees are present. In case of emergencies, you therefore know exactly who is present.
