Dyflexis processes personal information for its clients. Dyflexis’ clients are responsible for the processing of this information. Clients can be an employer, but also the clients of an employment agency. For readability we will hereinafter refer to clients as ’employers’. Dyflexis is hired by the employer to process personal information. This means that Dyflexis is commissioned by the employer to process personal information and therefore is processor.
Dyflexis develops software for personel planning and work time registration. The employer decides which information is collected. Among other things, this can be the following information:
Name and address
Nationality
Your employer may collect more or less than the aforementioned data. We recommend contacting your employer for an exact overview of all collected information.
We store your personal information by order of your employer. Therefore, the retention period is determined by your employer.
Requests regarding the inspection, modification, protection or removal of your information will be forwarded to your employer. The employer will process the request and provide you with access to the registered information. In case the information is not correct, you can request to have the information modified or removed.
Why is this the case? The employer is responsible for the personal data that is processed by the processor, Dyflexis.
Your information is explicitly not provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for the supply of the service or if we are legally obliged to do so. In the case that the transfer of information is necessary, third parties will not use the informtion for any other purpose. These third parties are called sub-processors. By using Dyflexis, your employer has agreed to the use of sub-processors. Please find a full list of subprocessors below:
