Talentmanagement verbindt de doelen van de organisatie met de mensen, vaardigheden en competenties die nodig zijn om die doelen te behalen. Daarmee wordt het een strategisch onderdeel van HR \u00e9n van de bedrijfsvoering. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In de basis draait talentmanagement om \u00e9\u00e9n centrale vraag: welke mensen en vaardigheden hebben we nodig om vandaag goed te presteren en morgen verder te groeien? Om die vraag te beantwoorden, kijk je naar verschillende onderdelen. Denk aan strategische personeelsplanning, werving,\u00a0onboarding, training en ontwikkeling, performance management, beloning, betrokkenheid, retentie en opvolgingsplanning. Samen vormen deze onderdelen de basis voor een toekomstbestendige talentstrategie.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om de zogenoemde high\u00a0potentials. Wil je groeien? De kwaliteit verbeteren? Wendbaarder worden? Nieuwe diensten aanbieden? Of juist de bezetting stabieler krijgen?
